In a world that often tells men to be strong and silent, self-care can sometimes feel like a luxury instead of a necessity. But at NuNorm, we believe it’s time to change that. We’re on a mission to make self-care a priority for everyone, especially men, and that’s why we created The E.Q.U.A.L. Project—a non-profit foundation dedicated to supporting men’s mental health through community-driven initiatives and annual grants.
NuNorm isn’t just about great products; it’s about making a real difference. From the very beginning, we knew we wanted to do more than just sell skincare and grooming products for men. We wanted to support the organizations that are out there every day, helping men take care of their mental and emotional well-being. That’s where The E.Q.U.A.L. Project comes in.
Every time you make a purchase from NuNorm, 2% of the profits go directly to The E.Q.U.A.L. Project. This means that with every product you buy, you’re helping to fund important mental health programs for men who need it the most. It’s a small act with a big impact, and it’s all part of our commitment to building a community where self-care is accessible to everyone.
At The E.Q.U.A.L. Project, we believe that self-care isn’t just about looking good on the outside—it’s about feeling good on the inside, too. That’s why we focus on providing grants and educational support to non-profits that are doing incredible work in men’s mental health. These organizations are tackling tough issues like depression in young men and PTSD in veterans, and we’re here to help them continue that vital work.
Every year, we open up our grant program to non-profits who need financial support to keep making a difference. But we don’t make these decisions alone—we involve our community in the process. You’ll have the chance to vote on which organizations should receive funding, ensuring that the causes you care about most are the ones that get the support they need.
Mental health should be a right, not a privilege, but we know that many people, especially in marginalized communities, face barriers that make it hard to get the help they need. The E.Q.U.A.L. Project is all about breaking down those barriers. Our goal is to provide financial aid to non-profits that are focused on mental health initiatives, enrichment programs, and access to professional support for men.
We work closely with 501(c)(3) non-profits that share our passion for making a difference. By partnering with these organizations, we can amplify our impact and help bring much-needed resources to the communities that need them most.
The funding for The E.Q.U.A.L. Project comes from the sales of NuNorm’s products. So, when you choose NuNorm, you’re not just buying a skincare product—you’re contributing to a cause. Each year, we research and identify non-profits that align with our mission and invite them to apply for funding. Then, with your help, we select the top three organizations to receive grants.
As we approach our first anniversary, we’re getting ready for our very first round of funding. While we’re still finalizing the list of potential candidates, one thing is certain: our commitment to supporting men’s mental health is stronger than ever.
Voting for the grants will take place during the week of Thanksgiving, with the final decisions being announced by December 30th. This way, we can start the new year by giving these organizations the resources they need to keep doing their amazing work.
The E.Q.U.A.L. Project is about more than just funding—it’s about building a community where everyone is encouraged to take care of themselves, both inside and out. We’re proud of the work we’re doing, and we’re excited to have you join us on this journey.
By supporting The E.Q.U.A.L. Project, you’re helping to redefine what self-care means and making a real difference in the lives of men everywhere. Together, we can create a world where everyone has the opportunity to take care of their mental health and live a happier, healthier life.
